The red oval case is recognisable, but it now leads to more than one product listing. This review uses Korea’s new Mask Fit Red Cushion Foundation as its main reference and compares it with the existing Mask Fit Red Cushion sold internationally. Choosing the version comes before choosing 21N Ivory.

A Korean 18 g foundation and a global 40-shade cushion
The Korean official page names the new Mask Fit Red Cushion Foundation, labels its information as 20 SKUs and gives 18 g for the main product. It lists manufacture in South Korea, COSMAX as manufacturer and TIRTIR as responsible seller. The global official Mask Fit Red Cushion page separately advertises 40 shades. These are the ranges on the pages checked, not a promise of permanent worldwide availability. The similar red cases do not establish identical formulas. Mask Fit Red liquid foundation, the mini cushion and AI Filter Cushion are also separately named products.

21N Ivory is an identifier, not a guaranteed match
The Korean new range includes 21N Ivory. Ulta’s existing Red Cushion listing also uses 21N IVORY and describes it as light with a neutral undertone, at 0.63 oz. That description belongs to the US listing; it does not prove that every reformulated 21N will look identical on a face. Check the full code and name rather than buying by “21” alone. Campaign photographs below do not identify the model’s shade, so this review does not label every pictured complexion as 21N. Lighting and screen settings also make photographs an imperfect basis for choosing a foundation.

The two ingredient panels should not be merged
The Korean new 21N list begins with water, dimethicone, titanium dioxide, trimethylsiloxysilicate and diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone. It also names niacinamide, cellulose, camellia flower extract, hydrolysed collagen and hyaluronic-acid ingredients. Ulta’s existing 21N list begins with water, cyclopentasiloxane, titanium dioxide, trimethylsiloxysilicate and propanediol, and later includes propolis extract. Both list fragrance; the Korean new panel additionally identifies benzyl salicylate and alpha-isomethyl ionone. The lists differ, so we do not borrow one product’s ingredients to explain another or infer an exact change date from the shared case colour.

Use the puff to control a thin layer
The Korean new instructions say to take an appropriate amount on the puff, control a small amount using the compact’s blending palette, then pat on a thin layer. The Ulta listing similarly advises controlling excess on the lid before patting from the centre of the face outward in a V-shaped movement. These directions make quantity control more useful than pressing deeply into the cushion to maximise coverage in one pass. Ulta also reminds users to remove the mirror’s protective film. The puff photograph is a brand demonstration, not a measured dose or our own application test.

SPF40 PA++ belongs to the Korean new specification
The Korean new product is listed there as a triple-functional cosmetic for brightening, wrinkle improvement and sun protection, with SPF40 PA++. This review does not transfer that regional specification to an overseas compact whose own label has not been checked for it. Ingredient names such as titanium dioxide alone do not establish an SPF value. The FDA explains that SPF is not a number of protected hours and that the applied amount and reapplication affect protection. A thin makeup touch-up therefore should not be assumed to reproduce a labelled sunscreen test, and a long-wear foundation claim is not a sun-protection duration.
Coverage pictures and 72-hour claims are brand material
The brand promotes 72-hour coverage, while the global page describes a natural semi-matte finish and some gallery material uses satin-glow language. These are marketing descriptions for the listed products, not our measurements of wear, transfer or comfort. The paired face images below are cropped from the Korean brand’s before-and-after demonstration. They are not our test, do not identify a shade and cannot predict how much coverage you will obtain. This review does not recommend keeping makeup on continuously for 72 hours or treat that number as a guarantee under every climate, skincare combination or mask.
Check the pack, dates and actual buying option
The Korean new information gives 36 months from manufacture and use within 12 months after opening. Read the received pack’s dates rather than applying those periods to every overseas version. For a purchase, compare the full product name, code, net weight, ingredients and included refill or sample, if any. The US Ulta link below is the existing Mask Fit Red Cushion, while the Korean link is the new Cushion Foundation; they are deliberately distinguished. This is a review of published information and official imagery, not a personal wear trial. Its practical value is helping narrow the right version and shade before comparing delivered price and availability.

The international version feels light with good coverage; I wanted more glow

23N Sand: lighter pressure worked better
23N Sand was slightly too warm for me. The first application dispensed too much; a lighter touch worked better.
A little closer to Korea.
Thank you for reading.
